Medi Assist India — mediassist is not giving processing claim | |||
My mediassist claim id is ccn# 97740940 I filed this claim in january 2019. After several mail chains of document verification it was updated in the system that all documents are verified. Customer care said that all is done. Money shall be credited to the account provided at the time of claim. This was done within 1 month. After that the status went to "internal clarification ' mode. And from last 4 months it is the same. Whenever i call customer care. They say we have escalated this. You will get a response within 48 hrs. That never happens. I have called around 10+ times. Every time same reply. I have raised complains via mail. I get auto acknowledgement of the ticket. I get a complain id which says will be resolved but no resolution ever happened. I have around 10+ these complain ids with me (Latest being 7524745) These guys also deleted my claim id from the system. So now ivrs system does not recognize my claim id. And also status in website and mobile is not available. This is a serious case mediassist is trying to dodge of the claim and playing with customer sentiments. I have names and recordings of customer interactions and also names of people who did document verification from the mail chain. Just that i dont want to put here.
