I have applied my claim on 05/04/2017 and also submitted the additional documents on 05/05/2017 and that has been received by your good office on 09/05/2017 till date my claim has not been reimbursed with ambulance charges and also I want to inform you that I received a message from your company stating that additional documents required several times. While I had asked your operator on19/05/2017 about the message sent on my phone she replied miscreantly showing a negative attitude towards her customer
As you know we are bonafied customer of your company and anxiously waiting for our reimbursement and receive this type misbehave from your KOLKATA HELP DESK then it becomes totally impossible to know our queries
Hope you will seriously into this matter and reimburse my claim along with Ambulance charges as early as possible
