Medi Assist India — not able to reach mediassist neither through phone or email | |
Maid no: [protected] Wipro employee id: 304569 Mobile no: [protected] My insurance claim is on hold for some clarifications. I replied to an email from mediassist team requesting for few details. I was informed that i will be updated on the ticket in 24 hrs. I didn't receive any response till now. Also mediassist customer care exclusive for wipro employees is never reachable as it always says executives are busy in assisting. I have been trying from past 2 days. MediAssist customer support really sucks. Its disappointing that all contact numbers listed in policy document for escalation matrix are not reachable. Email response is random and not time bound. Really unprofessional service from MediAssist. If MediAssist is not providing premium service to professional partner organization then I doubt if they do provide proper service to common insured man. Really pathetic.
