Medi Assist India — reimbursement claim[protected] | |
I have a claim 18699620 registered with mediassist. My original documents reached them on 2nd jan. They havent updated the status yet in the portal. They confirm the receipt of the documents in every call i have with the customer care people every week and they tell me that they will escalate it but i dont see any progress on the same. I explain the issue every time and they just give me the same response with no progress whatsoever. The worst service i have ever received is from infosys mediassist team.
