Medi Assist — unnecessary paper required for passing claim

We had a corporate tie up with mediassist. I have met an accident on 08th of feb 2018 on my way going of regional office ranch with the road divider in way of protectig a cow. Since after the accident i was unconsious and was referred to santae vita hospital ranchi.in the emergency there was a visiting doctor available at that time. He has written the details of the injury and for remedy he asked for surgery. My family decided to get operated at patna.in a clinic with no cashless facility i got operated and a plate was fixed in my collar bone. I have sent all the x-rays, bills, all diagnosis reports on 13th of march and 25th of march then they asked for five more thing a fir/ mlc, i am really confused against whom i have done fir. Then they ask for a certificate from the first treating doctor that i was not under the influence of any intoxicating substance, since i was on duty at that time and after the accident i was not in conscious mind i did not ask at that time but afterward when i visited the hospital the doctor was from outside, so i am not able to meet and hospital is also not responding. What to do? Now third document ask is brief description on how the patients has sustain the injury, time and place for which i have already submitted the prescription of santee vitae. Now the fourth paper is ic p i have sent all the case paper provided by the hospital but still they are saying insufficient without naming the paper. I don't know for passing of a mediclaim either one has to be from a medical line or should be an experience person who have all the knowedge of everything, because for a simple serviceman like me it's really hard to arrange the paper because in emergency only the cure is seen not the paper. Now after providing all the document stated in y earlier post. They are asking for police FIR, I am unable to understand how can I file FIR against a cow.Please let me know the way and after sending the cerification copy of the first treating doctor, they are asking it again and again. What is the problem???

I facing same experience met with an accident on feb 21 and claim process was started on march 13, but still claim was not approved, every two weeks they are asking for new set document which is irrelevant or which was submitted before. they done have any SLA for Claim every time we speak to them, they have same response of in 2 to 3 day we will come back. Total waste
My claim is approved on 2nd april but till now the payment is not been initiated by the company.
It is provided that the claim will be settled within 5-6 working days

I have provided all the documents in the month of January. No response received from chain of e mails sent to Medi Assist officials. I doubt that they have lost my documents . I am really fed up of making calls at your call center and writing emails. Can some one please help or i should file consumer complaint.
