Medlife — about the refund of the prepaid orders | |||
I have one order is on 3rd of october, 2019. On the day medlife is giving 25% discount on every medicine. I have order of around 2000 rs. Order id-or2050ofa-001a. The payment is done in advance via amazon pay online. But after 2 days on 5th of october without informing me they have cancelled my order. I have ordered this medicines for my father who is a sugar patient, he has to take medicines on a daily basis. Medlife hasn't informed me about cancelling the order. So, for that i have ordered the medicines again after 1 day with only 20% discount. For the further order the company hasn't refunded my money yet. There are 12 days were gone. I am raising this complain on 15th of october. From last 5 days i am calling the customer care for this issue, they told that they have raised the complaint and they will solve the same within 24-28 hours. But, every time they failed to solve the issue. This is 3rd time, the same issue i am facing from the same company. They are just harrasing the customer like us. Was this information helpful? | |||
