[Resolved] Medlife — automatic cancel my order giving reason not available at home for hard copy

I had ordered medicine on website but after two days they cancelled my order that person came to home and we are not available, but my whole family is at home in these days
Second it takes nealy half hour to talk with your customer care below i add screenshot on which clear that i was on phone for 21 min
