Medlife — blood sample collection | |||
Absolutely horrible services. I had booked a blood/sample collection from my house at 7 am on 27th december. I had called the previous night that the appointment was confirmed (Mr azhar). I called at 7:10 am on the customer service helpline and the lady said the person would come by 7:30 am and i should continue waiting. I again called at 7:35 and spoke with praveena she said i should continue waiting and she will check where the person is and she will call me back in 5 minutes. She never called back. I again called the customer service number and spoke with neelam she said she will check and get back and i should keep waiting. Then at 8:30 am mr nandish calls me saying he will come at 9:15 am to collect the sample. I get up at 5:30 am in the morning and these tests are supposed to be done empty stomach. Imagine not having anything till 9:15 am. I told the person to cancel the appointment as i will not be able to wait any further. Like i said they have pathetic services……. Do avoid them.
