Blood test was done on 19th sept 18, morning for 4 pple and till now we have not received the reports. More than 72 hrs now. Customer care keeps on giving false information. They just say today, tomorrow, within an hour and so on. No one is able to give the exact reason for delay. I had to miss my doctor's appointment due to this. Till now softcopy of reports not received which was supposed to be in email within 24 hours.

Updated by Palsi 2021 I spoke with an executive, who confirmed that they have sent the reports today morning to a different email address wgich is not there on my records.. Appallingly service. How can they be so careless and send my personal and private information and to someone else.. I need help to take legal action against this company for the damage thay have caused to me.
