Medlife — cancelation of medicine order without informing | |||
I placed order of a medicine called 'prograf 1mg capsules', on app of medlife..my order was booked and I received a confirmation sms, however wen I didn't receive the medicine on the given date of delivery, I checked, and saw that my order had been cancelled.so I placed the order again.n the same thing happened, and I didn't get my medicine..so I called on their customer care number, and they asked to place the order again through call, so I did..again I received SMS confirming my order, but when I did not get the package on due date, I again checked on the app which said my order was again cancelled... Worried that I was running out on my medicine, I called the customer care number again, the executive told me that they did not have that particular medicine with them, n they failed to arrange it, so they cancelled my order... I asked them that they should have atleast informed me via SMS that the medicine was not available or they should put updates on their app that a particular medicine is out of stock, so I may arrange it from somewhere else, but they didn't even give me a satisfactory reply...also they made me wait a long time on their customer service number for which they charge a lot of money...i even talked to their senior escalation manager, (Satish)and he didn't even address my problem...I ended up losing sufficient balance from my phone, my time my energy(as I'm a kidney transplant patient), with no idea as to when I'll be receiving my meds..and untill now I haven't had any response from their side...
