Medlife — complaint about not received refund from medlife

I am a retired, senior citizen with cardiac problem.
My first complainant against Medlife 1)on 18th September 2017 i got phone call from medlife's executive and while confirming earlier order with prescription uploaded on Medlife 's what's app ;the medlife executive introduced and added "medlife's essential cardiaforte capsules" to my bill .In September 2017 We received Medlife's essential cardiaforte capsule bottle and my wife paid Rs.500/- cash to the delivery man but then my cardiologist did not allowed me to take "medlife's essential cardiaforte capsules" hence I called medlife to get the product back and one delivery man from medlife came & collected the sealed bottle with box without giving any return of money .since September 2017 everytime we phone called medlife customer care number "[protected]" they have either just put call on hold & then cut it or never solved our query of refund of Rs.500/- cash, just gave fake assurances that you will get refund within one week but that day "refund" has not arrived till today.
My second complaint2) I am very disappointed with executive responses from medlife, specially when i asked junior executive to transfer my call to her supervisor & she transferred the call to "Ayesha" supervisor .My daughter spoke with her but "Ayesha" is not at all deserving lady to be appointed to this post of "supervisor".Ayesha sound liked local chawl girl, she started the conversation as argument, she abused my daughter in filthy language, she was screaming at my daughter continuously, she had no etiquettes of talking, she has no knowledge of how to talk with customer. "Ayesha's" attitude while talking to my daughter was so bad & rude as now I think medlife will loose more customer, I paid thousands of bill every month but I was amazed to see that medlife kept the product as well as my money of Rs.500/- too.Because of this lady named "Ayesha" supervisor who thinks she is the owner of Medlife company; I am very unhappy with treatment my Surgeon daughter & i got from Ayesha on that she was not even transfer my call to her senior nor was cooperating us to provide any email id.also she forced & threatened my daughter to disconnect phone call from ourside and she did give disrespectful replies to my daughter as "to whoever you want to complain you complain, I have no fear ".such executive "Ayesha " supervisor said "wherever you want to place order you order, we don't need you", she was not solving our query instead was not allowing to speak, she was telling my daughter to keep quiet, she was literally doing time pass on phone to waste our time and forcing my daughter to disconnect phone call. Medlife's cannot grow with employee as "Ayesha". "Ayesha" said to my daughter that "it seems you have lot of spare time!"..so rude. Then a person named "Danish Sagar" continued the call and abused my daughter on phone call and he was taking Ayesha's side though she was wrong. I requested Medlife manager to please look into the matter through email.
There is high possibility Danish Sagar senior supervisor has asked me my email id during conversation hence he can delete my complaint as well.he has no manners to talk with senior citizen customers and ladies too.
**The main complaint is "REFUND" which I have not received nor I got any kind of receipt by Medlife's delivery person/any SMS from medlife in September 2017 about returned medlife's essential cardiaforte capsules bottle nor any refund of my money of Rs.500/- which was paid to medlife till today. my hard earned money is not refunded by medlife till today is my right .
As telephonic conversation with Danish Sagar senior supervisor of medlife, from my side I cooperated and sent screenshot of chats of September 2017 month done with medlife's what's app number [protected] about my request to return my money of Rs.500/- for return of Medlife's essential cardiaforte capsules bottle which was paid in cash on delivery payment mode.
*** Medlife does not keep any records of Returned products of customer and refunded customers records, also does not provide any receipt for same to customers. Medlife's executives on phone did not provide medlife office address or do not tell Medlife's director name or any other relationship manager's name too. All medlife's executives are illiterate and also do not have any manners to talk to customers.No reply from medlife to my complaint email on [protected]@medlife.com shows that it is running unauthorised way.There are already 14000 complaints registered on [protected]@medlife.com.i plad to
***MEDLIFE IS SELLING IT'S OWN "MEDLIFE PRODUCTS " WITHOUT ANY PRESCRIPTION hence The Indian Government should put a ban on "Medlife online pharmacy ", as it is abducting hard earned money of comman man.Medlife is real online Threat for comman man as it is looting everyday & everyone.My request to all please please dont't buy medicine from Medlife.Medlife does cheat on customer.Medlife does not give offer as they say and don't get yourself trapped .Medlife is "THIEF".I hope Necessary action will be taken against "Medlife online pharmacy". Medlife will definitely sink.
