Medlife — delay in delivery even after payment done online.

My registered mobile no. Is [protected]. I have ordered medicine on 30th september 2018 and payment was done online on the same day but when courier partner came with the medicine he was asking for payment, saying that it's cash on delivery and when i said that i have already done the payment. He said that ask the dealership i will not give the medicine and he went. Till now he has not delivered the medicine... Thats ridiculous service from medlife.. And now i cant even cancel my order neither i will get my refund amount.. Kindly assist?
