[Resolved] Medlife — delayed medicines | |||
I ordered medicines via medlife on 8th may 2019, immediately i received a call and she said that doctor will need to approve medicines, when i had already uploaded the prescription.. Still she insisted, i have been getting messages that doctors are busy and it gets rescheduled.. I kept calling to ask when will the doctor call, n they kept telling me soon, today itself, by eve, by 10pm.. But never will receive a call.. Even spoke to a manager.. Same song he sang.. One guy even gave me a no. Where i could call the doctor, but it would just not allow me to connect.. Finally today on 12th may a doctor calls me, n m like its too late, my in laws are already traveling and was telling her about how it took them 4 days and innumerable phone calls, and she just hung up on me.. That was so rude.. And then again i get a message that a doc will call u soon.. I again call the call centre and that guy again has the audacity to tell me that i will receive a call by afternoon.. Thats when i blew up.. N asked for a manager which as usual is never around and now i have to wait for him to call me in 2 hours!!! Also they never call you after the order is placed and they don't have a specific medicine.. We have to call everyday to keep a check and see if they have despatched or not and if not what is the reason.. I dont understand how can they be so pathetic..1 simple phone call to your customer, and ask them what to do if medicines are less or not available.. How long does that take.. The process also becomes faster.. But all they do is apologize and say wont happen again.. Liars.. This has been happening everytime i order from medlife.. So imcompetent and lazy.. They never take any responsibility.. Keep asking for feedback and even after giving them this feedback i dont see any change at all.. Thats y i had stopped ordering from them and used netmeds, they are a 10000 times better. Was this information helpful? | |||
