Medlife — double debit in my wallet and non refund even after 0ne month of complaint | |
On 8th dec 2019, i had credited rs 1400.00 in the wallet of the medlife app. And on 10th dec 2019, i made a purchase for rs 654/-. This amount was debited twice from my wallet. I made a complaint regarding the same and was told it would take 7 working days to be refunded to the wallet. On 13th dec, the order was cancelled. Till now i have not got back the amount back in my wallet. Regarding this i have already called the customer care no three time and every time i have got the same reply; the matter has been forwarded to finance department. I have raised a complaint on the app and got the same reply. I have emailed them with the complaint but matter still pending even after a month.
