[Resolved] Medlife — dual payment claimed for same order | |
Regarding order no. #or3519sja-001a delivered on 02/04/2019., i paid the amount by netbanking on 02/04/2019. But, it was not reflected in my order, and the delivery boy claimed the same amount during delivery. So, i have to paid the amount 2 times. After that, the delivery boy assured me that the amount will be refunded in my account within 5 days. But, not a single penney is refunded but the customer support of medlife told me the amount was refunded. So, as a regular customer of medlife it is my request to you pls take necessary action otherwise i will go for legal step. Was this information helpful? | |
