Medlife — forcefully sale o[censored]nwanted medicine. | |||
We ordered medicine for my father and wife. At the time of ordering it has been asked that whether you want Diabeta-safe..We denied that saying that without our family doctors opinion we do not want to take any medicine. . During medicine of delivery at home we have taken delivery of medicine by paying COD thinking that it contains the ordered medicine. After opening when we saw the Diabetasafe with following box.As we do not wanted this medicine, we closed the box and contacted the customer care. Being Saturday customer Care of medlife asked to complain the same on Sunday morning. After complaining the boy came to pick up the medicine.He asked for glass of water . When the glass of water is give he shown that the seal of one diabetasafe bottles is broken.We are not aware the same as we have not opened the cap of any bottle. He refused to take back that bottles. Next day we complained again to the Medsfae On app. We have not received any response. Hence we contacted the customer care around 2 to 3 times.. Every time we dot response that your request is under process. Hence in first week of january we requested customer carethat we lioke to talk to some senior person as the matter is pending since long time.. He arranged call back and we are able to speak to customer care. After discussions he said that he will arrange to pickup medicine within 48 hours and the money will be refunded thereafter. We waited for around a week . No one is came for picking up the medicine. Hence agin we contacted customer care. To our susrprise she said that the computer entry shows that the medicine is taken back and refund is already given. when i told her that medicine is lying with me she told that she will update the information and put as complain and problem will get solved within 2 to 3 days . Thereafter we contacted several times but response is it is under process.When asked for talking to senior person they said that you will get call within 2 hours but no call is received till date. Today when i chat with customer care he said that the medicine is returned and refund is given on 12 jan. I told him that medicine is not taken back and no refund is given. It shows that someone from your company is cheating to customer as well as your company itself. I have asked for seniors numbers but it has been told that you send mail. I am very sorry to state that the following facts. The medicine are being delivered even when order is not placed. The batch numbers of medicine does not match with the batch numbers mentioned on the invoice. Customers complains are not being taken seriously. Complain addressed system is very poor . Customer care only give answer that it is under process and reluctant to give seniors number. The medicines are not taken back and refund is not given but your customer care executive told us that record shows that medicines are taken and refund is given After frequent telephonic complains for about month, I have sent the mail on companies id followed by 3 reminders but no one is bother to take action on same. Complete process shows that the company is forcing customer to take the Diabeta-safe and sending the medicine without order. Further when customer complaints regarding the same they don't bother about complaints. It is really unethical practices that company is following. Was this information helpful? | |||
