Medlife — irresponsible and unprofessional | |||||
I have booked blood test for my mother who is 67. For 27th dec 2018. Test was suppose to be taken at 8:30am. My order id - 3646888. Person who was suppose to come was phlebotomist shailesh patel. My mother was starving since 8pm day before the test according to them there should be 12hrs starving. There was no call nor message from that person nor customer care people. I got call from my mother that person still not reached and she is feeling giddy. What sort of a service is this? I want a rply. Was this information helpful? | |||||
