Medlife — irresponsible delivery timelines

I have ordered medicines on 2nd July. Those are for my Wife and my mother. We had stock of those medicines for two days. With the hope that Medlife usually deliver one or max two days post order.
But I have not received any confirmation on the order till 4th July. I called customer care after tried so many times. Then realized they have not taken the order yet. They said we will take the order now and deliver can happen on 6th July. But 6th July was holiday for our company (its a saturday most of the companies not working in bangalore). So i asked them is it possible to deliver to my home address which is in Hosur. They said they can do that. 7th July was the committed date.
I got a call on 6th July saying on non availability of one medicine and remaining 7 medicines will be tried to delivered on 7th July.
But we didnt get any confirmation on delivery till evening of 7th July. Then we called again. They have connected to customer order complaints. After listened our critical requirement of the medicines Mr.Edward confirmed and ensured that the medicines will be delivered 8th July morning by 10 am.
But we didnt get as promised. Again i called customer care today morning, again explained the same story to someone and she tried to connect customer complaints but said all were busy!!! (it seems you are getting many complaints only) She said she will arrange a call in an hour. But i didt get any call right now.
This is not at all fair in playing on patient's life.
Customer care persons are not trying to solve the issues but only sitting there to connect the calls to complaints person. That too not able to do because all are busy in getting complaints!
Am very much disappointed on all these irresponsible process. Finally cancelling my orders.
I request you people pl dont mention approx delivery dates in the app (like '7 to 10') it shows your inability of delivery process. All the other online platforms are mentioning a date of delivery and delivering it before the committed timelines.
Also the tablets are easily available even in the small stores. I wonder how come your big network tree not having one tablet!
And if someone requesting and asking you for the fast delivery pl consider it as an emergency and try to do deliver on time. Its not like other house hold products. Its a medicine. Pl keep that responsibility in mind always.
And dont give false commitments if you are not capable of keeping timlines as committed.
