Medlife — issues of refund and wrongly medicine received

I have order the medicine "montair fx" 30mg 30 tablets but wrongly medicine provided by midlife on the name of "suryakant manjhi"
The medicine name is itchguard
The refund has posted before one week but there is no any response by midlife.

So i kindly request you to please resolve the same.
