Medlife — medicine delivery delayed and customer not notified

My mother ordered some medicines and it was promised to deliver on 29th november. After 4 days of delay we called back and they say one of the medicines is not available and so it is in process. Don't they have the responsibility to notify us in such cases, and give the option to dispatch rest of the order or create a new one? They are waiting for the customer to get back. Not at all expected from a pharmaceutical business. These are medicines on which people depend every day, very casual and irresponsible attitude by the staff. Please fix this problem, there are many patients who trust you for looking after their medicine needs, take their needs seriously

Medlife customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I want to delete my account on medlife and delete all information which lead to sms promotion.
I am frustrated with daily 4-5 messages on my mobile regarding marketing and promotion.
There is no option on app or website to do the same.
