Medlife — medicine not delivered even after 6 days now | |||
I have ordered medicine for my mother on 11th June and not received any call or delivery yet. I only called customercare thrice but they just transfering call from customercare to pharmacy and again back to customercare. Amount also debited and hold by medlife. Its big cheating case and non responsible behavior from medlife in sensitive business field like pharma. I[censored]nable to do business then plz close the operations but dont cheat with customers. We get blood test done on 31st may and was promised to deliver reports by evening but still didn't get.so many times called up at customer care number but after complaint still didn't get.kindly refund the amount as we got the test from other company..very bad service
