Medlife — medicine purchase was delivered broken | |||
Hello sir/madam I have ordered a medicine eptoin 100mg 120 tabls in 3 units from medlife.com on aug.25, 2019 They delivered me the medicine on aug.29, 2019 in which 1 bottle was in broken condition. At d same time within 2 minutes i have called on number[protected] and they have said sir we didnt get the delivery status yet so please wait till today evening. Then next day i have called from that day to till date i have called them around 5 to 6 times they always say sir wait for 24 hours i am assuring you that delivery man will come n gt that broken bottle. Once delivery boy had came on sep.06, 2019 and said i got the message to get all the 3 bottles so u return me all or none. Their senior customercare executive mr. Wasim shek, mr. Malik, executive mr. Shaider All assured us for 24 hours but today is sep.11, 2019 no reply from them... Please help us... Was this information helpful? | |||
