Order I'd or3008lh014a I have placed order on 19 march 2020 received it on Sunday but didn't receive lantus refill qty 2 although paid for it. Delivery person doesn't make us check before. When called him, he said that he doesn't have it. I am Not able to contact customer care. WhatsApp not responding. Pls make them refund my money. I am diabetic and finished with my medicine. I have ordered Dettol antiseptic liquid on March 21 but as due to corona I need to travel back to native and I have cancelled order in 3 hour. Payment was may by NetBanking. It's been 4 days I didn't get the refund. The order id is OR9379VGB-001.Please let me know when I will get my refund. Please find the attachment for order details.
