In reference to order id or6998koa-001a
The order was cancelled, but the delivery still happened and payment was made against it. And the medicine that was delivered was wrong. I have a few issues:
1. The cancelled order was delivered and i was asked to pay for it (Which i did online)
2. The medicine delivered was wrong (And i personally think medicines should be checked before being delivered, since they are not, for example, shoes)
3. I was put on hold for a really long time before a customer exec could respond to me, so you can imagine why i am sending a message instead of calling
4. The customer exec seemed to understand what was being spoken of, and said she will arrange for a return and refund, and no confirmation has come in yet. I explained all of this on the whatsapp number provided, with no feedback.
I need to know if the multiple errors caused by you are going to be worked out, and if so, by when can i expect a confirmation of the same. Was this information helpful? |
