Medlife — missing medicines from a fully paid order | |||
Date of incident - 08 sept 2020 Order no - #or3980xxb-001a This is in regards to order no. #or3980xxb-001a which was delivered today 8 days after placing order and constant chasing up and mails to customer care. Today when the person arrived the payment was made by me in full and medicines taken, however now, there are medicines missing from the box delivered which when flagged to the delivery person, mentioned that we have to contact customer care. This is now going beyond comprehension - i am extremely annoyed and this is very harassing. I have summarised the history in this mail below. First, there was this huge delay in the delivery of the medicines. Second, the order and its value was changed without any prior intimation and discounts were reduced from 24.3% to 19.4% Third, now that finally after continuous follow ups - when the medicines have been delivered with money paid in full - it is delivered with some medicines missing. - please note the order #or3980xxb-001a has 20 qty of "novorapid 100 iu penfill injection 3ml". I have paid the money in full but in the box there were only 17 qty of the medicine. - i spoke to the delivery person who said he can't do anything and that i have to call the customer care and they will get the remainder 3 qty sent or send me a refund. - we spoke to customer care who are unable to help, hence we are writing to seek your help. This has become extremely harassing for me as a professional trying to take care of my job wfh and elderlies at home during this pandemic. Please provide a speedy resolution to this as these are expensive medicines worth rs.704 per piece. please get the 3 insulin qty of "novorapid 100 iu penfill injection 3m" sent which was missing from the delivery which has been paid for already.
