Jaysree dan has placed order ref.: or7837kma-003a on 29-april-2020 with a value rs. 567.11 confirming delivery on 5-may-2020. Medlife has sent text message on 2-may-2020 to pay full amount affecting supply as promised and money paid accordingly by phonepe. Till date medicine is not delivered and unable to reach over phone as medlife is disconnecting and not replying. It is not clear when medicines will be supplied... Medlife customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 07, 2020 Updated by arin123 Medlife neither responding to phone call nor sending any text message. Before payment Medlife has sent 5 text messages to respect order delivery and payment. But now Medlife is silent after payment is made. May 11, 2020 Updated by arin123 Tag Medlife issue as resolved. Communication gap and no response from 2 May to 10 May on Medlife issue has raised a doubt on order created on 28 April. Anyway Medlife has resolved the issue.
