Medlife — much delay and showing not available medicines

I ordered it on 3 dec and two time my order get modified???
After passing due date my order is still uncertain.

What should i do?
Medlife executive are not replying properly and when i talked one of executive named as shaba, she behave rude and dissatisfied way.
