Medlife — "my wallet money" rs.1000 not refunded | |||
I am a regular purchaser of Medlife since Jan.18. My account with them is my mobile No.[protected]. Anticipating settling bill amount through their My Wallet, I deposited Rs.1000/- as advance on 19 Feb.2018. Since they have no facilities for settling bills through advance payment, they informed me to withdraw the amount. I have requested them on 09 march for refund and as per their reply request provided my bank details. They confirmed they have refunded money to my bank account with ref.No.UTR: N[protected]. I have not received the amount till to-date. My bankers confirmed that such transactions, as stated by Medlife, has not been done. Requesting your action for a proper settlement.
