Medlife — No reports provided by pathology after sample collection
I opted for full body checkup, the samples were collected from home on (27th March 2021, 8AM). I asked the person who collected the samples if I could pay him directly, for which he told that I would be getting a payment link. I got the payment link at 4: 30 pm same day. I made the payment by 5:15 pm.
The ETA of the reports is 18 hours. So when on the next day (28th march) I didn't receive my reports, I contacted the customer support and was informed that due to late payment my reports are not generated and I would be getting a call by lab/backend team soon. I didn't receive any calls nor did I get the reports. I followed up with the customer support team once again for which I was told that I would get the reports by end of the day (28th march). I didn't get the reports by next day (29th march) afternoon, followed up with customer support, same response. Since I had got an appointment with the doctor today (30th march) I once again called the customer support, now they are telling me that the samples are discarded because I made a late payment(45 min after they sent me the payment link).
This is completely unacceptable to collect the blood samples and not provide the report.
