[Resolved] Medlife — non generation of report | |||
Full test worth 2300 was ordered. Person collected the sample on 16 march 2019. The report is to be generated within 48 hrs. Medlife generated two page report after repeated request on 19 th. I had contacted them 8-9 times regarding full report or refund. Every time it is promised that within 1-2 hour they would send the report but till now i. E 20 th full report has not been generated. I wanted to speak to some one senior at medlife but was not allowed to speak. Highly unprofessional irresponsible and unreliable services. Was this information helpful? | |||
