Medlife — non supply of medicines

I had ordered medicines worth 1495.55 from medlife international, noida on 15 july. And paid the amt. Th. Pay pal vide transaction i. D. 1xw28069kg5522o3 p, but unfortunately igot a courier on 18july asking payment for it. But as i had already paid for it. So the courier returned with it. Now i am without meds. For which i relied on this firm which seems to have no coordunation within their own divisions.
Well now i want my miney back. As i dont' want bying from illmanaged coy.
Pls. Get my money refunded to my a/c.
