Medlife — not answering the call of customer

I called the helpline number for some enquiry. But after 10 minutes of that call also none of the helpline executives are receiving the call. Is this how you people respond to customer. I'm very much disappointed because of this issue. I called more than 3 times, and still none of the executives picked up the call. Please resolve your helpline first.

Please note the High BP medicine ordered on 28.08.'18 but till time & date not yet get. your customer care also stop region known to you.

i so many time try to call customer care but all in vain.

as per the Internet findings WhatsApp also not working
