Medlife — not delivering medicines on time

My name is anushka and my order id is or5664yca-011a. I placed my order on 13th of july 2019, today is 16th of july and i was supposed to receive my medicines today. I called the customer care service and they told me that they aren't able to procure a medicine (Novorapid 100u penfill) which is a type of insulin commonly available at almost all pharmaceuticals. They never deliver on time and make the excuse of non-availability of medicines. I, as a consumer who suffers from type 1 diabetes, cannot afford to risk a single dose of insulin as it can lead me to direct hospitalization but medlife's team does not take this seriously. This is the 4th time i'm facing this issue with them.
