[Resolved]  Medlife — not getting refund - order id - or6604tka-005a

Good morning

I placed request for return medicine for the order id - or6604tka-005a on 21.06.2019 which was delivered to me on 29.05.2019, after several followups executive picked on 28.06.2019 and the same was updated in your system on 09.07.2019 after long time by calling in customer care but still i am not getting refund for the above mentioned id.

This is not my work to update in your system, why your team is not working on my order, for this i call in your customer care number more than 10 times for this particular order.

When i placed a new order then it will be delivered within 2-3 days but when i placed request for return then your team may took more than one month to process my refund.

Kindly do the needful asap.
