Medlife — not receive my money yet

Hi,

I had ordered medicines on 14th of march and I paid 200 rs. But the product was not delivered to me.

I am struggling from last 16 days with medlife for my refund but not getting any satisfactory answer seems they have not updated their records properly.

Below is the order number.

Cancelled order OR4572ROA-003A by Medlife & now I m trying to contact them on customer care number & mail several times but not getting response/revert from them regarding my refund.
This is pathetic .
Worst customer care service experience .
