Medlife — not receiving the medicine - order no. or2758mk-001a | |||||
As per subjected order no., I have placed order on 14th Sep, 18 with doctor prescription and for which delivery confirmed to me of 17th Sep, 18 till evening that too after many follow ups. For your information i have already done the online payment of order also But the day has gone and yet I haven't received medicine and still no commitment for today. From morning of 17th I am calling 8 times and discussing with medlife executives and telling them to help me out for such crucial medicines to make it on high priority basis yet no response from medlife, also I told to have my discussion with any seniors or supervisor but yet no response, everytime they put the call on hold and yet no response then too. As the medicine is for very crucial patient, they can even see the prescription through which can come to know the importance, this medicines are easily available to near by my medical store also but being trusting I have already putted order so am waiting for 4 days but still no response. Will request team to please take this complain on top priority basis and do the needful action. Also do let me know in return with this complaint outcome please.
