[Resolved] Medlife — order cancelled by lab technician without any prior intimation | |||
Home sample collection order was booked for 23rd March 2019 7.30 A.M with Medlife. It was assigned to technician Swapnil Kadam. He was trying to reach us @ night for appointment confirmation? What's the protocol, in case if appointment wasn't been confirmed by technician?? He can cancel the order on his own without letting a customer know? How can he being so rude and arrogant talking to a customer? A technician decides everything? And lab service manager Neelam wasn't been able to resolve the dispute rather cancelled an appointment stating a reason; customer requested to do.so? Was this information helpful? | |||
