Medlife — Order taken and medicines not delivered | |||
When someone orders medicines, the response and the follow up and delivery commitments are supposed to be dealt with a little more involvement and care, because its related to patients and some medical emergencies for people staying in towns and medicines are not avilable to buy from stores And you should deal with reliable delivery partners Ordered on 1st sep- you have given 3rd sep as delivery date ( covid conditions ), understood, so delayed to 5th sep. All i received is an sms with an agent number which is invalid . I called the customer care thrice and mailed them, there's no update or solution, all i hear is "we will escalate the issue". and today the call gets disconnected after choosing IVR options . I messaged on their FB page and they send an automated response. WITH THE DELIVERY There were no updates on the phone from them so far and delivery status has not been updated and medicines have not yet been delivered. There's no number or address of the delivery hub, so I can go and collect.
