Complaint no s same as order no.

Call center s poorly maintained no. We are trying to reach 4-5 days no one pick up call, will have to call everytime 1860 no and no ome responding fast.

Complaint no are order no s? It s joke.

R u fooling client..? No record to client by sms..

I have already escalate to indian health organisation n ministry of health..

No assured time of medicine delivery..

On the escalation matrix u stay patient on the call for 50 mins n no compliant no has given.. I m on call for 1 hrs..

Draft no .Draft 0378NOB. In the escalation not taken ..only tranfer the calls ftom 1dept to amother..

Patiemt needs the medicine on time as he s undergoing treatment but no message what s delivery time after u alternatiom of order..

OR0675EKA -002A has been cancelled as estimated delivery is today.

Yesterday i spoke to pharmacist but still not deliverred on time ..nor message to intimate on the app, nothing has given ..

No complaint no has given .. Ur tranfering the call from one dept to another ..

It took me 2 hrs now .. Ur call center team s busy or purposely harrsing patient ..

The doctor calls for verification not on the time, i have called 2 times to the no..

.Inspite of several request n doctor called me ..it took delay ..

While app u showed the estimated day time with date, u r fooling people to give medicine on time..

Also, after alternatiom of medicine, u still confident to assure the meficine on specified date but when we call to cusyomer care they failed to assure me timeline..

For Rengernation n opening of order, it took 1 hr time for call through 1860..

Only need to listen record .. It s pathetic n for Draft0378NOB i m waiting simce 1 hrs.. Tele No lines free it s almost 1 hrs
