Medlife — payment taken by medlife but failed to give product | |||
Dear medlife, I have order medicine by medlife mobile app, and was waiting for delivery since it was showing (1) product is out for delivery & mbl no. Of delivery boy but not reachable and at bottom of order detail, it was showing (2) pay, so i paid totall amount online, Then delivery boy came and asked money (Bill amount), means he is (3) not aware of paid delivery, and refused to give product, Then i called to mr. Medlife after very long discussion (Time pass for cc excutive) then 45 min on hold then senior. Mr. Medlife then suggested to make another cash payment and then they will refund my money in 6- 7 days. My complaint is if you cant communicate with agent then shut your shop and go to himalaya. Dont waste our time and energy by contacting you. And biggest joke is "payment gate way link is bug in app" and they dont know. I dont know what will happen to my money and order, After hour of talking to mr medlife, there is not single message from medlife costmer desk regadring acknowledgement issue. Order awb: [protected].
