Medlife — placing a wrong order and charging me extra

I placed the order for Tab Rocaltrol 60 tabs along with other medicines for Mr. Prasanna Jat and paid online. Now I get a extra ₹1060 pending amount and 60 tabs of rocaltrol has been added extra which was not even mentioned in the prescription! Also charged me 40 rs extra for god knows what. When asked to help mr ashish kothari was rude and plainly asked me to pay the extra amount. Y should I pay for a mistake of the company? Please help.
