Hi my name Deepak. Maine ek order medlife ki site pr order dala 25-2-21 ko or uski payment amazon pay se kar di . Order id hai OR4759OKC-002A jo ki 2-march ko delivery hona tha . 3-3-21 Ko courier partner jb parcel dene aaya to ush pr COD mantion tha ush ne kaha ki “aapko payment karni padegi jb main usko payment or or dee id dekhai to wo bola ki aap medlife walo se baat karo or te bhi kaha ki inka roj ka kaam hai sabhi ke saath asha hi karte hai ... main ushi din complain ki to medlife walo ne apni galti maante hue 24-48 hours main parsal delivery ki baat boli jo ki aaj tk delivery nhi hua hai ... I placed an order no. OR9911GT-010A on 10th March and made payment via netbanking on the same day. On 13th March (in the morning), I got a message stating that delivery and payment was due. Immediately, I called the Medlife's Customer Care and they assured me that they would resolve the issue.

The delivery person came in the afternoon and he didn't deliver the medicines as he hadn't received any update from Medlife.
Since then, I have been continuously calling Medlife. All I'm getting is assurance but even after three days, there has been no delivery/refund.

I have been ordering medicines from Medlife since the past 4 years and have never had any bad experiences but this time I am very disappointed by the service.

They are big time fraudsters. They are just surviving in India due weak judicial system. If they have done the same in other countries, their license would have been cancelled. Big time fraudsters, ###.
