[Resolved]  Medlife — Refund amount regarding

#OR1678JVB-004A, Firstly the order which was received by me has Hairbless tablets 3strips. Among which 2 strips were damaged and i can see the tabs coming out. So I raised the request of returning them after sending mail to customer care. Customer care had responded after seeing the images which i had sent. medicines were picked up on 20th jan 2021. but I didn’t received amount back to my card till now. I called customer care many numbers of times, sent mails. Every time i get same reply we raised complaint and your request is on priority. Once they said already they had issued refund and i will get a call back regarding amount credited etc. I didn’t received any amount to my card. When you were supposed to refund the amount within 5-7 working days why its taking months for you to refund money. You are not even showing humanity towards the patients who are suffering from disease and calling you for refund status to purchase medicines again using that refund amount. I am not only a single person with refund issues i saw many number of patients complaints at different platforms daily about medlife cheating and fraud. cheat people and their health definitely a day comes when there will be no time even to realise. Even while writing this i am not sure that i will get that refund amount. Registered mobile no. [protected]

I didn’t get any calls or mails from Medlife. I called them Personally and said if incase money is not deposited within 24hrs.Monday morning i will send lawyer notice and file consumer cheating case with all the evidence I gathered from day one of my purchase ( pics of the broken tablets delivered, mails, call recordings of customer care conversations, names of all executives who has answered my calls) immediately money got credited Monday morning.
Medlife customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
