This is third time i write with your serious concern that pertaining to order id or4799bg-010a i have been extra paid of rs 41.76 vide transaction id bil/onl/[protected]/91 st reet/20190829 on dt[protected] and your customer care spoke allready confess that you have received an extra amount of rs 41.76/- and it will be refund as soon as possible to me. But despite of several reminder through your apps no response received yet at your end. Hence, i raised strict complain against your evasion and informed you that if it is not resolved within two working days the i shall move to state consumer forum for alternative remedy and speedy disposal as well.
