[Resolved] Medlife — refund not received

OR4747VS-003A this order is cancelled on 12 /2/2020 them self because of no stock. but still the amount is not re-funded to me so kindly do need full. I contact customer care.. they replied will do within two days.. after 4 days i again try to contact but i couldn't get line they put my call on hold for five minutes three times..i am their customer but if they need customer like me.no problem.. but should refund my money its small to them but valuable to me

Marked as complaint resolved. But its not resolved even today. My refund is still pending the call me and told me will solve the problem, but i did not get my money back
