Medlife — refund not received for double payment

I ordered medicine to medlife online and paid an amount 7915/- on 19.04.2018 through paytm link provided in the medlife online system to get an additional 10% discount. But the payment was declined as attached. But the amount was deducted from my pnb bank account. Then delivery boy delivered the medicine and i had to pay cash on delivery as he said they did not received the payment. Then i contacted the bank and they confirmed that the money was deducted. I contacted customer care, they said the money will be credited in due course. But till now i didn't receive the payment.
