I made an order on 27/03/2019 with order id or 3863xea-003a of rs 463 and it was prepaid. But still the delivery boy akash roy take the amount from my mother. But still then after so many mail or calls the amount is not refunded. Each time the customer care executive says that the money will be paid today but it is not. My registered mobile no id[protected]. Please take action immediately and arrange for refund.
