Please process the refund. Its been more than a week, you have not initiated my return. Order id - or7090nka-001a. I am in very much need of my money

Order delivered on 16 april and order placed on 12 april. One of my required medecines were available in your stock and you cancelled 2 items., but i have already paid online. You said it will get refunded after delivery, but still no refund
