Sir,
I have requested to take back the medicines which were actually not ordered on 25/07/2018 for the delivery made on 24/07/2018. But there is no response at your end regarding the refund of money and the medicines have not been taken back. From previous 10 days we have been calling to your customer care no, but every time we hear the same reason that the next day your medicines will be collected and money will be refunded back. So kindly provide me with some solution as soon as possible as the money is blocked at your end.
