Medlife — return of the expired item accu chek | |||
Dear Team, I, Mujtaba Ahmed, would like to inform you that I placed an order on Medlife in the month of April 2020 and received the Glucometer accucheck on 3rd April, applied for return of the item on 4th April 2020 and till date medlife people are making the customers fool in the name of lockdown. I applied for refund because the items are expired already. I made 11 calls to Medlife and everyone says different story such as lockdown issue, not yet confirmed, technical issue, etc but till now no one is providing solution and no person is coming and collecting the item back. I asked them one simple question, when there is a need of new orders, they are coming up with new strategies like 30% discount, 75% discount, they are delivering the items on time but when it comes to the mistake which they had done, asking them to collect the item back, no one is giving assurance of collecting the item back. I am sharing the pictures of the items which I received with the bill receipts for your records. Request you to do the needful on a top priority.
